This morning the 20th june 2020 i set a TARGET to do the #BBHR2020 Perfect conditions to cycle a meer 32 miles and climb 3730ft, it took me 2hr51mins,This was a solo Ride and was done at a very steady pace self-supported so only carried 2 x 500ml of fluid 2 flapjack bars and 1 gel.
